We are a professional employer organization licensed and regulated by the State of Alabama.

What this Site is for
The Site describes our PEO and employee-leasing services and lets you request information. Nothing on the Site is a contract for services, a quote, insurance advice, legal advice, or tax advice. A client relationship begins only if we and you enter into a separate written agreement.

Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Misuse the contact form or send content you do not have the right to send
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
  • Use the Site to send malware, spam, or unlawful material
  • Impersonate another person or company

Requests and information you send
The Request Information form is an inquiry, not an application and not an engagement. We may or may not respond, and we may need more information before we can help. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive employee data through the form.

We try to keep the Site current. Service descriptions, hours, licensing language, and contact details may change. If something on the Site conflicts with a written agreement or with Alabama law, the agreement or the law controls.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, JRH DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, JRH IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Indemnity
